Dr Barter asked us to covert a four bedroom Edwardian villa in Eastbourne into a multi-disciplinary dental practice with wheelchair access. We reworked the space to provide three surgeries, OPG room, sterilising room, waiting room, reception, WC facilities, staff room and two offices. The emphasis of the brief was to give the interior a calming feel and to retain the elegance and warmth of the building itself. The front garden was reworked to provide patient parking in keeping with building exterior.
