We were asked to design a concept for the Sam’s of Brighton, a new restaurant by the owners of the acclaimed ‘Sevendials’ restaurant in Brighton. The brief was to create a friendly, neighbourhood, bistro-style environment. The project was designed and built in just 6 weeks.

"Materialise Interiors have transformed the space from a traditional fine-dining room to a modern bistro with warmth and individuality, with a link to our existing restaurant ‘Sevendials’. Special touches include a cluster of black and white family photos, stunning shaded chandeliers and blackboards displaying the catch of the day. We could not be happier with the look you achieved - we get so many comments every day about what a refreshing change it is ... and the room seems to work when both bustling and full to burst and as a more peaceful and relaxed lunchtime setting."
